Our History
Savanna commenced it’s business in July 1993 in small premises in Wood Street, Mansfield but expanded to more modern premises on Forest Road in 2000 and are looking to move to a more modern and sustainable site within the next five years that will enable us to do more to exercise our green credentials.
We qualify for DTI and local council grants to aid our recycling efforts.
We are recycling textile plastics and cardboard for all our children's futures and for a healthier, cleaner environment.

As a modern, forward thinking recycling company we are very conscious of the part we play in the world's environmental issues and take part in school schemes where environmental issues are in the curriculum.
We work closely with a number of charities including SCOPE and the Church of England Children’s Society, and were proud to receive an award for fifteen years continuous service to the famous National Police Aid Convoy Charity, awarded in recognition of continued commitment to recycling and support of local and overseas charities.
We are also an active member of the Textile Recycling Association.
